Was in queue when all of a sudden I got booted for the second time and now I get this notification when I try to boot up the game. This is happening to a couple other people on my discord, however others are still playing as I write this.

So far, Faith not restored
I gave this game two shots so far, and here I am again but it sounds like more of the same to me.
Archeage Original: Played and kept on being disconnected by the gods. I found I was able to work around this by using a proxy but honestly too much effort for a game I paid for. Turns out I was getting ip blocked for some reason. I got ticked and didn't pick up a trion game again until..
Archeage Fresh start: The above happened again. Yippy! So fun. refunded and left and again refused to touch a trion game.
And here we are again today... But this time I can't even get into the bloody thing. Been trying sense PTR Launch and not once managed to get in. YAY... I'll probably end up writing off this company too. I dislike paying for something and not receiving it.

Wont let me log into pts because of a login error.
I have the 50$ pre-order pack i sat in queue 6 hours earlier today when the server first came up. i finally got on for 30min after reset then my game crashed randomly for some reason and i got another 4,000 queue so i just got off to take a break because i was mad then 2 hours later i try to log back into the game and i encounter this issue just before i reach the server selection page:

Been poking at the ArchePass and leveling and working those Achievements to get some Gilda starry-stars, and here's what I've found, so far.
ArchePass
- Combat Pass Prim Service Uniform is "Binds on Equip". The Naval and Classic Uniforms (Vocation and Equipment Passes, respectively) are "Bind on Pickup." This would allow the pink outfit to be traded and sold.
Achievements
- The "A Dashardly Plan" Achievement (Dash 10 times) would not complete until the "Stick 'Em with the Pointy End" Achievement (Melee Attack 10 times) was completed.
- The "What Do You Recall?" Achievement (Bind and Recall) would not complete until the "We Are the World" Achievement (open a WorldGate) was performed.
General Observations
- Desireen, Solzreed - Amy's Chicken can be picked up, but does not trigger the quest. This results in a garbage item.
- Lacton, Solzreed - Olle's treasure chest can be activated, but the quest cannot be accepted.
I'll update this as I come across more issues/concerns.

So I had 800 credits on my account from my preorder purchase.
I just got into the game, started playing decided to check out the marketplace, didn't purchase a thing and I look at how many credits I have. Credit Amount 750
I'm thinking, "That's weird" is there some kind of rollback going on?"
So I go to the Glyph main page, log into my account aaaaaand: 0 Credits
Was there something I'm missing when participating in this PTS?

EAC - Untrusted system file
When i try to load the PTS client my game stops with a window saying the server is busy,
when i click the okay button the game closes and a little notification pops up in the bottom right from easy anti cheat saying untrusted system file and then points to the following file.
C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b 9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.6229_none_88dcc0bf2fb1b808\msv cr80.dll
tried a few different things that came up on google, but haven't had any luck, appreciate any help.

Crashes during cinematics/story intro
I have crashed three times during the cinematics in the very first instanced quest line. Once in the prologue, the second during the first glider scene, and the third right before the instance ends with Lucius flying by in the Nuian story. The music starts glitching and skipping while the cinematic continues. My husband is also playing and his client seems fine so I'm not sure if it is something on our end.

PTS Downtime - 10/2/2019 - 12AM PDT
Greetings, everyone.
We're making the call to close PTS for the next 8 hours to perform hardware configuration changes, general maintenance, and address the outstanding authentication issues with the support of the XLGames team. When we bring it online tomorrow morning PDT, we'll be scaling up closer to full production hardware settings, and that should mitigate queue times significantly compared to yesterday.
PTS will be going offline at 12AM PDT on October 2, 2019.
We're making the call to close PTS for the next 8 hours to perform hardware configuration changes, general maintenance, and address the outstanding authentication issues with the support of the XLGames team. When we bring it online tomorrow morning PDT, we'll be scaling up closer to full production hardware settings, and that should mitigate queue times significantly compared to yesterday.

Long load time during splash screen stage...
So legacy I can load the game in probably 30 seconds at worst, but for Unchained, I could be stuck at the splash screen for as long as 5 minutes, and sometimes even the splash screen takes a couple minutes to show up. I remember this being an issue in legacy forever ago when hack shield was around. I disabled my AV, and tried the system.cfg modification, with no luck. After EAC does it's thing, you can see the archeage process SLOWLY growing in size in terms of ram usage, and the game will finally load once it hits a few gigs. Both versions of game installed on same SSD. It's extremely frustrating when trying to get through the queue, so I am hoping to figure something out before launch. Anyone have any ideas?

When will the new White Arden and other overhauls be in?
I visited White Arden on PTS2 and I didn't see an increased amount of ground clutter. Is the new overland detail being saved for live?
