Hot Spring bugged on Thunderwing

The hotspring on Thunderwing has bugged and is gone. Have missed at least two cycles of the quest that needs it. Can this be fixed, because it's cause a loss of quests, achievements towards the bonus coins and locking people out of getting the special mount.

Im making a series which I will be uploading onto Youtube, this is the first episode which is about new players and why a lot of them quit.
I mainly focus on the PvP side of the game and touch on the Dungeons but generally speaking, if I talked about every issue the video would be an hour long.

Hopefully this will let a few people learn a few new things about the decline in the playerbase but overall its mostly something I just need to get off my chest.
Ive been passionate about the game for 3 years and I want it to be successful and active so much so I can continue enjoying the game I love but until some things are changed, I cant see it lasting forever.

I felt the pain of not being able to participate in PvP or major world bosses, but it gave me something to aim for. I worked hard, got gold, bought items, regraded some. I have decided not to do any gemming because I'm waiting for the new gem system in 4.0, so my GS will suffer until then. I did halcy with 3k gs and had a blast, even if I died a lot. I purposely didn't join a guild until last month because I realized that most new players would also be in that situation (and also because I was trying to avoid claims of favoritism), so now I understand the new player condition much more. Since joining a guild, the world has opened up to me. I still get rekt, but I have way more to do and much more fun with it. I'm being tutored and asking tons of questions. It's a much better experience. If I had control, I'd find ways to more strongly incentivize guilds picking up newer players and teaching them. I STILL don't know all the systems in the game, but over the past 4 months the amount of new information continues to be staggering - in an exciting kind of way. I know I can't hang with the big boys, but there there are still plenty of adventures for me to have. I watched a bunch of AA teaching videos and they were a source of encouragement in the face of a system that doesn't pander to new players. Maybe your videos could shift gear and provide that kind of support to the community as well? I know I'd appreciate it. And I'd be happy to share good instructional/tip videos with the community via blogs, social networks, and livestreams. Here's to the community becoming the best PR the game could ask for, as it's already the most powerful PR the game has. Cheers, Muzzy

What happened in aranzeb.

Notable events in aranzeb and state of west faction

Sugoi and forgotten leaves server, Infinity dies

No Piece gets free farm after they left.

Revolution transfers in and takes No piece castle

EZ is formed gives no piece a good fight and leaves server.

West leaders Erosthanatos tries to make west work together.

He is joined by Assiel and Zerena, These 3 tries to work together to unite west and it is working

Sky is hated by most west but yet manages to work with them.

Bloodline is still bieng shunned by west and The Erosthanatos alliance.

Kroker transfers in and join Erosthanatos, Eros sees him as a powerful ally and his right hand man.

Kroker warns Erosthanatos about sky, Eros grows tired of Kroker purpling and killing west.

Zerena and assiel wants to have a west were people do no purple each other, Erosthanatos is interested in PvP.

Conflict between Kroker and Sky rises and Eros warns him not to mess with sky.

Kroker Leaves Erosthanatos's guild Exiled.And sets out on his own path.

Kroker goes east and steals zerena's packs, leading to him bieng painted as the "Red Alt"

Frustrated Erosthanatos and assiel turns to purpling as Kroker had joined bloodline but soon realize they are fighting a losing battle.

Erosthanatos's members mutinies against him and stays nuetral to Kroker. Lemonwall leads the rebels.

Kroker sets out to destroy the eros alliance.Assiel and eros goes out of picture and zerena is shrunk.

West events became harder and harder to do everyday as more and more reds started showing up rallied by Zettai, Krokers east alt.

Forestcrow returns.

10 members of forestcrow came back to the game and started pvping on west events.

zettai and kroker starts to fade away and forestcrow takes over the events contesting.

Forestcrow grows stronger and with teh support of east faction is now defeating No piece.

Sky bieng an ally of No piece is hated more by west and west turns against them.

West and east got new transfers that has made aranzeb a more active server.

West faction is considerably weaker than east and pirates and east is now more powerful that the pirates even though its a close fight.

It is time to rise again west.

Trade center quest : Hauling Certified Cargo

Ok this quest is dull shouldnt exist guys.

When I first saw it, I said : Oh G I will get 20 extra charcoals what a bless..

I bought with 32g one cargo and run as fast as I could, so I could get bonus from delivery, but I got surprised when I turned in the quest. It takes the cargo, it gives you just 20 charcoals and thats it.. No bonus, no extra nothing.

Who is going to bother with this quest? The amount of gold needed to buy a cargo is away to expensive to be bothered with such quests. You need to re-work the whole thing, give more charcoals, its a stupid quest and it shouldnt be there.

This quest makes you lose charcoals, if I didnt took the quest, I could get up to 22 charcoals with bonus. 32g/20 charcoals = 1.11g per charcoal not surprised people sell them so expensive at ah! This quest is only good for those who have forgoten a cargo at their farms, or they move it by feet. lol

The whole thing isnt working as you imagined it in your desk papers.. Everybody says the cargo pack price drops if the delivery rate is high, but never found a cargo seller with less than 32g. Role back thats my suggestion, or instead of 14/8/4 make it 4/2/1 packs needed for a cargo pack and reduce dramatically the price of a cargo pack, nobody wants to pay 32g or whatever fee. They all focus for the most easy packs, thats why there is no many cargo packs at trade centers. The way it is now not many bother any more and its so rare to find someone with cargo packs, the reds kill him at once.. :)

14/8/4 is 26 packs or 3 haulers! You also nerfed the follow command so there is no trains any more! 4/2/1 is 7 packs just 1 hauler for 1 cargo pack, it is more realistic. 14/8/4 not only unrealistic, expensive to make, very low profit, lots of spences follow commands and waiting time and above that 32g to get 1 cargo pack. If someone wants to fill up a merchant ship, you need more than 600 packs to crarf cargo packs, also 22x32g to buy the cargo packs and who knows, you may make it to the other side...
The seas are empty now, they all focus at ghost ships...

Are there going to be any plans to bring rumbling trees the fresh start servers? I am asking this because the bike cost 8 thunderstruck trees to make. That is going to be a long time in waiting to get that many by just planting cedar or pine trees.

after updating now I cant get on AA. splash screen then once its almost finished highlighting all the words I get "Failed to load game data" twice, then it closes. :confused:
