HELLO!

Our guild was dissolved, about 25 players have already left the game.
I and my group of ... 12 people are thinking about simply abandoning archeage,
I do not know how many more people want to leave archeage, because it makes it difficult to know the future of the game.

When they will take care of the abundant amount of grinders bots at "fresh start" server?
When are they going to solve the apex dupex on the European server? (Do they even know that it's been more than a month?)
When are they going to fix the connectivity systems, the bugs, the exploits?

We do not want your boxes p2w, we do not want to buy your c***, we want SOLUTIONS to a magnificent game that is being managed HORRIBLY.

we do not see solutions,
we do not see people answering tickets,
we do not see a care for the community,
we do not see YOUR CONCERN for us.
we do not see GM' in game to kill those bots,
we do not see nothing.

Please, I would appreciate at least one response to this post, and not just be forgotten. THANK YOU.

Enable Accessories, Wrists, and Waist Items for Image Fusion

I know of several players that would buy credits in order to use fusion alembics on various accessory items, waist items (belts, etc.), and wrist items (i.e. guards).

I understand this may seem pointless, but it would give me great satisfaction to know that when players look @ my gear (which they do as I am top 100 on server) to see ALL of my items imaged.

Simple addition to game.
Mutually benefits the players and you.

Loads of RP fun!

more than one month than i opened this ticket REQUEST #1160343 for one item than dissapear from my inventory a really expensive item,i dont see any action from your side, even i will feel shame if i were you because you even the only thing than you are doing is reset the timers from the tickets , the people is totally anoyed with your work system , is informal , and the less profesional behaviour than i never seen,how the other guy said a lot of people is quiting for your bad service , im anoyed how can take more than one month restore a single item , i ask myself if you even are having a support team is really really sad how you are destroying the remaining activity than was having this game each time less people playing and each day new people old friends than say me good bye for the lack of support than we are having i repeat my request : REQUEST #1160343 opened more than one month ago , and in the web appear is opened one day ago, what kind even of joke is that , trion probably were not having the best support in the games worlds, but you are baiting for long all the records in a bad service and in a lack of service . Its not a game than only childs are playing here you are dealing with people in a range age from 20-55 years old , than is no more reasonable the excuse of the transition from one enterprise to other that excuse is obsolet , start to work than for that a lot of people we are spending money until now in this game ,

Sad really sad , have the chance to rise a game again and you are finishing to kill it

I know people reading the forums and game developers don't usually play their own games, but has this issue ever been looked at?

1) Upon receiving quest credit for ANY quest, there is a massive FPS spike.

2) The game freezes your computer upon launching.

Request fixes please. Don't be another Trion.

Everbody is crying about how you do your job.

Trion kept the Game running until today, so thanks alot for that. Gamigo is about to try to handle a hard hearted and sometimes abused customership .

But the Game is running, glitches are there, bugs are there, mistakes are and will be made but ... the game is running and i have my fun!

Well,

if thats really all we get for Christmas as an Event,shame on you XL or Gamigo !

I play more games then just AA and ALL of them offer a nice and interesting/rewarding Event

for special days like christmas.

But in AA it feels like u dont like ur playerbase tbh.

Not even a double event for christmas ?

I can only speak for me here,and i dont like it.

I am on day 28 Of asking Trade/Nation if Anyone Has had Tickets answered by your staff, the only tickets getting responded to, are active purchases such as name changes or server transfers. There are people with month old tickets that have not even been given a proper response, and im not talking about the general reply you keep trying to send to everyones emails. You say not to bump tickets, you say to be patient, but there is literally 0 progress on our problems. Any reason why your trying so hard to NOT answer any old tickets?

APEX price on Fresh Start WTF?

I thought I'd make a seperate thread for this.

Why is there so many APEX in the Auction House(AH)? There's new stacks of 100 APEX every single day!
This has been going on for the past few weeks. Prices went down from 1200 to 600 gold per APEX.
If there's stacks of 100 APEX in the AH, that means thousands of euros are being thrown into the game every day. This can't be the case.

The funny thing is, on the North American Server there's a niche amount of APEX's. There's around 10 to 20 APEX in the AH, and these vary from 1300 to 1400 gold.
So....is there some sort of APEX dupe/exploit on EU?

FAIL TO LOAD GAME DATA

Should i delete archeage folder and install again?
I updated in the morning after the patch in EU and everything was working and now in the end of the day after work nothing.
