I tryed to extract 6 gems using 6 Mornstones from hiram weapon but i can't use "extract all" button because i can't use all the 6 Moonstones at once

Skywarden mount collection achievement - can you help me find these mounts?
I looked on auction house for Wrapped, the Credit Store, Loyalty Store, Golden Token Store, and more. But I'm unable to find these mounts in-game at all, is there a way to obtain them?
These mounts are available under Manastorm crystals but it adds up to so many manastorm crystals I might as well give up. Are there any other ways to obtain these?
Lastly on the Glyph game launcher, a web page is linked that says these are for sale. But I don't see the ticket for sale in the store. And it is dated November. Is this event over? Or is there another way to obtain these mounts besides impossible manacrystal and spending 20k in the auction house?

Anything going to be done to alt abusers queuing into snowball arena with their main to give an unfair advantage? This has been a problem while trion was running the game, how will gamigo take this differently?
How do i know its someone's alt? Easy look at their family name and compare with the rest of the people there. There are lots of ways to find out.

It is truly, SAD

Hello Dear GM's. I still waiting many answers of tickets like a months. If you remember well '' Emberpaw panther '' was gives only with LOYALTY TOKEN. I tought it was special and bought it after GAMIGO said it was BUG and they want give with P2W boxes. I just want my loyalities back after delete my Emberpaw panther + gears. I wish u guys knows this is not my FAULT. I did waste my loyalities which I did bring a few months everyday while loggin in AA. I wanted write many times to AA support but No one give answer to my questions. I wish u GAMIGO GM's will help me about it. have a nice days.

Unfortunately, some of the wrong ones were in the Lockboxes sold. Please make support tickets and CS will swap those out for you so you have the functioning ones. The ones that do not work are not for us, so it is best if you get them swapped out. Hope this is helpful.

Since 4-5 days many players from the internet service provider "Orange" lag on archeage only.
